  • 3/4 Cup of Taco Seasoning ((or your favorite taco seasoning))
  • 3/4 Cup of water
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
  • Lime Juice (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Take your fish fillets and place them on your cutting board.

Step 2: Use your slicer to cut thin slices of the fish, approximately 1/4″ wide by 1″ long.

Step 3: Place the fish slices in a plastic bag or container in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook them.

Step 7: Once cooked, remove the fish from the pan and allow it to cool.  Place the fish in a plastic bag or container and place it in the refrigerator until you are ready to assemble your tacos.

Step 8: While your fish is cooking in step 6, take your corn tortilla shell and dip it into 3/4 Cup of water until it is soft.  

Step 9: Place 10 pieces of fish onto the corn tortilla shell and fold over to form a taco shape.  Sprinkle 1/4 Cup of your favorite taco seasoning over the fish and continue to dip the taco shell into 3/4 Cup of water until it is soft. Repeat this step until you have filled all 4 taco shells. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
